The Hon. Tim Fischer
A passionate enthusiast for regional Australia, The Hon Timothy Fischer brings his extensive experience promoting Australian. As a former Deputy Prime Minister and Trade Minister for Australia from 1996 to 1999, Mr Fischer actively sought to include the promotion of Australian tourism in his agenda and encouraged greater collaboration between Austrade and the Australian Tourist Commission.
He is well-respected in the business community. He also helps to promote Australian higher education overseas through his association with Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, NSW.
Mr Fischer's honorary activities include Ambassador to the Year of the Outback 2002, Ambassador for the Australian Made Campaign and Ambassador for the United Nations International Year of Ecotourism 2002. Bush Heritage Australia welcomes Tim Fischer as an Ambassador.
Phillip Adams AM FRSA

Probably Australia's most widely published journalist, Phillip's columns have appeared in most major Australian newspapers and magazines. Phillip has Chaired the Film Board of the Australia Council, the Australian Film Institute and the Australian Film Commission.
He is a Foundation Chairman for the Commission for the Future and the author of six best-selling books. Phillip Adams is keenly interested in Australia's environment and was recently appointed to the board of Greenpeace. Bush Heritage Australia welcomes Phillip Adams as an Ambassador.
Jenny Kee

An internationally acclaimed fashion designer and her creativity has been applied to a diverse range of designs. Amongst many awards Jenny was commissioned to design a scarf to commemorate the opening of the Australian National Gallery in 1982 and the Australian Bicentenary in 1987.
Jenny has a strong commitment to the Australian natural environment from which she gains the inspiration for her work, and took part in an Australian Bush Heritage Fund Community Service Announcement for television. Bush Heritage Australia welcomes Jenny Kee as an Ambassador.
John Williamson

John Williamson is one of Australia's best loved composers and singers of country music. His song Old Man Emu reached number 1 in the national charts and earned him a gold record and he went on to write The Breaker for the classic Australian film, Breaker Morant in 1981.
Since 1970 John has released more than 15 albums, 4 videos, 7 song books, and received many country music awards. In 1986 the single Goodbye Blinky Bill drew attention to the plight of the koala and John raised over $300,000 to help with their preservation. John's 1982 song, True Blue was used by the federal government for its Australian Made campaign. In 1988 John performed at the opening of the new Parliament House.
As well being a patron of Bush Heritage Australia and appearing in its first Community Service Announcement for television, John also supports: NSW Koala Preservation Society, Australian Flora Foundation, Australian Conservation Foundation, Salvation Army, Australian National Museum, Country Music Association of NSW, Landcare Australia. Bush Heritage Australia welcomes John Williamson as an Ambassador.
Roger Woodward AC OM OBE

An internationally renowned musician, Roger has performed in BBC Television documentaries with Pierre Boulez, John Cage, Karlheinz Stockhausen and Iannis Xenakis and other leading composers of our times. Roger has appeared at over 50 international festivals in 40 countries and has made over 50 recordings.
He was awarded an OBE for his services to the arts and community, was made Commander of the Order of Australia and, in 1993, was awarded the Commander Cross of the Polish Order of Merit from the Polish Government for his services for human rights. He was awarded a Doctorate of Music by the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Frederic Chopin Institute, Warsaw. Bush Heritage Australia welcomes Roger Woodward as an Ambassador.
