Boolcoomatta: A New Reserve in South Australia

Bush Heritage Australia is celebrating its first reserve in South Australia, Boolcoomatta, acquired in partnership with the Nature Foundation of South Australia. The Nature Foundation SA and the Australian Government's National Reserve System program have funded the purchase. The new reserve was announced by the Federal Minister for the Environment, The Hon Ian Campbell, on 26 April 2006. This launch was covered by regional and national TV, radio, print and online media.
