Endota Spa Case Study

Endota Spa Endota spa is Australia’s largest all-Australian-owned spa network. The business was started in 2000 by young business partners and friends Melanie Gleeson and Belinda Fraser. Their clean, fresh, contemporary Australian style is applied not only to every spa, but also to every piece of endota communication, every endota staff uniform and every organic endota spa product.


Having read an article on Bush Heritage in Good Weekend, Melanie and Belinda immediately saw the branding opportunities of a partnership with Bush Heritage. decided almost immediately that they wanted to be involved in protecting Australia’s land, water and wildlife.  A partnership was established and endota now donates 1% of all endota organic skincare sales to Bush Heritage, among other initiatives.

According to Melanie and Belinda, they chose Bush Heritage from a list of potential partners because “your messages were clear and easy to understand, and it’s something that all Australians can relate to. There are synergies in our organisational values.”

They now have a very close relationship with Bush Heritage that covers a range of engagement opportunities including corporate giving, cause related marketing (CRM) and PR opportunities.
