"Accounts Officer"

Bush Heritage is a national non-profit organisation that protects Australia’s unique animals and plants and their habitat, with the vision to protect 1% of Australia by 2025 and in doing so, conserve land, water and wildlife of high conservation value.
As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to people throughout the organisation. Specific functions include accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, donations accounting, and general administrative support to staff. The role is a full time position (or part time 4days negotiable).
The Accounts Officer will show demonstrated experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable for a medium business, and demonstrated experience in the use of MS Dynamics Great Plains finance system. The position will also administer an outsourced payroll process.

Bush Heritage is a national non-profit organisation that protects Australia’s unique animals and plants and their habitat, with the vision to protect 1% of Australia by 2025 and in doing so, conserve land, water and wildlife of high conservation value.
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing direct support to Bush Heritage's CEO, including diary management, organising internal, external, national and international meetings as well as associated travel, preparation and response to CEO correspondence, liaising with conservation organisations, and coordinating CEO involvement in media representation.
You will have a demonstrated experience in managing senior executives who have substantial contact with individuals, prominent Australians, businesses and government. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, a high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
