This week Bush Heritage Australia celebrated two decades of working with ordinary Australians to protect some of this country's finest natural assets. A study commissioned by Bush Heritage has found that the effort so far has provided protection for around five and a half thousand native fauna and plant species, of which at least 80 are under threat. Traditional owners were this week granted native title over 26 000 square kilometres of land and sea in the far north of WA.
