King George Island, bequeathed to Bush Heritage by Hobart philanthropist, Henry Baldwin, is currently up for sale along with another Tassie gem, Picnic Island. Excellent prospects for nature enthusiasts and entrepreneurial spirits, the sale of King George Island will support further conservation work on Bush Heritage's current reserves whilst the sale of Picnic Island presents the opportunity for a new ecotourism venture.
