I am very pleased to advise that the Board of Directors has made the appointment of Gerard O'Neill as the new Chief Executive Officer of Bush Heritage Australia.
Gerard will commence on 21 November 2011, allowing a transition period with the current Chief Executive, Doug Humann, before his departure in December.
We are very pleased to have attracted a person of Gerard's experience and someone who has had a long-standing interest in Bush Heritage and its work. Gerard comes to Bush Heritage with extensive background and experience in our business from Parks Victoria, where he has held many roles, most recently Deputy head.
