Wildflowers of Charles Darwin Reserve

Wildflower at Charles Darwin ReserveThanks to the work of over 40 dedicated volunteers from the Wildflower Society of WA, we now know many of the botanical secrets of Bush Heritage's Charles Darwin Reserve.

Over 4500 hours, volunteers ranging from toddlers to flora enthusiasts in their 80s collected and recorded more than 500 species. These photos show just some of them.

The monumental effort has resulted in a Flora and Field Report and Field Herbarium, both of which will be invaluable for our work on the reserve.
