Artists find inspiration on our reserve
Twenty artists from the Australian National University School of Art Field Studies program were briefed on the conservation characteristics of Scottsdale by Manager, Lauren Van Dyke.
The artists first visit to Scottsdale Reserve was one of three 5 day field trips to the property to seek inspiration for artwork as part of their formal course requirements. The students took photographs from the 'plateau' during their visit for reference back in the studio.
An exhibition of the work produced will take place in Canberra later this year.
