Sunrise@1770 and Reedy Creek Wins Award for Excellence in Environmentally Sustainable Development

The $100 million Sunrise at 1770 residential project by Midell Developments has won the Urban Development Institute of Australia award for excellence in environmentally sustainable development in Queensland.

Seventy five percent of the original site was donated to Bush Heritage Australia to create the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve. 

The reserve is managed by Bush Heritage to protect the site's unique environmental values in perpetuity.
