Caring for Country on Indigenous Lands

  • Working together on environmental management planning (country based planning) that combines Indigenous and non Indigenous knowledge systems.
  • Providing scientific based natural resource management experience and expertise.
  • Supporting Indigenous landholders to build upon their capacity to manage land and develop skills in natural resource management and cultural heritage management.
  • Facilitating partnerships between Indigenous groups, government agencies, non government organisations and private businesses to achieve Indigenous peoples natural resource management interests.
