On Thursday 6th March, Bush Heritage and Trust for Nature hosted over 300 people at the third annual Celebrating Women in Conservation breakfast in Melbourne. This year's guest speaker was Tamara Vrooman - President and Chief Executive Officer of Vancity, Canada's largest community credit union. Catalyst presenter Tanya Ha was an engaging compere and interviewer. Bush Heritage's own Pip Walsh and Victoria Marles of Trust for Nature also spoke.

The event is now in its 3rd year and is designed as a networking forum for a diverse range of people from government and the corporate sector in addition to our funders and supporters. It was a particularly useful opportunity for Bush Heritage fundraising staff to meet some key decision makers.

Thanks to Sabine for helping to arrange the event, Liz and Jill who also assisted on the day, Rob Pratt for selling several tables-worth of tickets and all who helped to secure raffle prizes. See photo for all of the Key Relationships Team staff in Melbourne: Kate Eddy, Liz Hackett, Stacey Irving, Connie Maina, Bec Passlow, Sabine Reiser, Victoria Schladetsch and Jill Swanson.
