On Monday the 3rd December 2012 the Perenjori Primary School visited Charles Darwin Reserve.  The day was arranged as an important opportunity to share with some of the local kids the richness and strength of local Badimia Aboriginal culture.

Ashley Bell from Ninghan Station (our neighbour) relished the opportunity to spend a day with the school kids taking them to special sites around CDR and telling stories about his culture. The day was also an important opportunity for Bush Heritage Australia to strengthen its relationship withthe Badimia community and deepen our understanding of culture on our Reserve.

The kids had a lunch of damper and kangaroo at the visitor quaters which they very much enjoyed.

This is likely to become an annual event.
