Splendid Everlastings (Rhodanthe chlorocephala subsp. splendida) are a classic paper daisy that flower annually across Western Australia during wildflower season.
While their seeds may lay dormant in the soil during the dry summer months, they germinate with the autumn rains and flower in spring to create a sea of enchanting blooms. These everlastings were photographed on our Charles Darwin reserve in Western Australia.
This bushgift supports Bush Heritage’s work helping to preserve the myriad plant species found on our reserves across Australia.
