Most of our reserves are very remote and most of the work that needs doing is hard and physical. New volunteer placements are very limited and based on skillsets that match specific roles and requirements.
In particular demand are land management skills (weeding, tree planting, fence removal) and maintenance skills such as painting, wood work, welding or tractor operating.
