A cuppa sized donation of $5 will pay for a native plant seedling for a future revegetation project. A donation equivalent to a week’s worth of cuppas ($35) can pay for a nest box for a native parrot to call home, or two weeks’ worth of cuppas ($70) can buy two small mammal nest boxes for animals such as pygmy possums. A month’s worth a cuppas ($150) can help Bush Heritage buy a sound recorder to find and protect more endangered birds.
After an enormously successful Cuppa for the Bush in 2024, which included smashing the fundraising target within hours of the campaign starting, Bush Heritage is hoping to raise 250,000 dollars on 4 March 2025.
A group of major donors have already pledged to match donations made on the day, for a limited time, helping every cuppa-sized contribution go further.
