Messages of thanks from staff to all our supporters
Hi. I'm Heather Campbell, CEO of Bush Heritage Australia. I'd like to take this opportunity, as I stand on Wurundjeri Country on the edge of the Yarra Valley, to say a big thank you for all of your support in this past year. This year of challenges and also huge achievements. Thank you so much.
Hi. I'm Glen Norris, Healthy Landscapes manager for Bush Heritage Australia in Victoria. I want to say a big thanks for all your continued support. It has gone into our direct on-ground conservation activities, which includes climate change resilience, landscape functionality initiatives but also right-way initiatives with Traditional Owners in the work that we do across their cultural landscape. Thank you.
Hi. Alysha here from Wurundjeri country and Bunurong Country. I am an Information and Relationships Officer here at Bush Heritage and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your support. With your generosity you helped give Australia's unique bushland flora and fauna the best chance for survival.
Hi. My name is Katie and I work in the grants team at Bush Heritage here in Melbourne on Wurundjeri Country. Thanks to people like you we're returning the bush to good health and it's working. In the last 12 months alone we have recorded numerous native species on our reserves for the first time. That includes the first Koala at Yourka Reserve in Queensland, the first Western Quoll on Eurardy in Western Australia and the first Squirrel Glider at Tarcutta Hills Reserve in New South Wales. None of this will be possible without support of people like you. Thank-you for your support.
A big thank you to all our supporters supporting our work with the Fitz-Stirling Fauna Recovery Project, allowing us to monitor introduced predators with set-ups like this. So, a big thank you from us.
Hi, I'm Clair Dougherty, National Conservation Planning Manager here at Bush Heritage Australia. I'm currently in Melbourne in Wurundjeri Country. I just want to say a big thank you for your caring and generous support. Your donation allows Bush Heritage's Science and Conservation Team to support our on ground staff to plan for and manage our reserves and partnerships. Thanks to you we're able to focus our resources on the things that matter most - protecting Australia's vulnerable plants and animals.
Hi, my name is Jo and I work for Bush Heritage in Queensland where we're protecting over 1.5 million hectares of land through conservation reserves and Aboriginal partnerships. Thank-you so much for your generous support. Without you we couldn't do it.
