Bush Heritage hosted the Yorgas Bush Camp at our Micheal Tichbon Field station on Red Moort Reserve (Noongar country) in south-west Western Australia again this year.
Several Noongar women enjoyed two days on country exploring Red Moort Reserve and soaking up the view from the field station.
We took part in basket making around the camp fire, a walk to the waterfall and some craft work at the neighbouring Yarraweyah property hosted by owners Bill and Jane Thompson.
Everyone enjoyed the friendship and activities, not to mention the prolific wildflowers.
We will definitely be hosting more of these popular camps in the future.
