Whistleblower policy

We're committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour, corporate compliance and good corporate governance.

As part of our commitment to high standards of conduct, Bush Heritage encourages the reporting of any instances of suspected unethical, illegal or fraudulent conduct relating to its activities.

To ensure it feels safe to do so, we provide protections and measures so anyone who chooses to make a report under our Whistleblower Policy and Procedure (below) may do so confidentially and without fear of victimisation, reprisal or discriminatory treatment.

Bush Heritage is equally committed to complying with relevant legislation, including the specific whistleblower protection provisions contained in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

The Corporations Act provides specific legal protections to Whistleblowers, provided certain conditions are met.

To the extent of any inconsistencies between this document and the Corporations Act, the Corporations Act prevails.
